Zhejiang Sanmen Taihe Heavy Forging Co., Ltd.,located in Sanmen, Zhejiang, in China’s Yangtze River Delta,we currently operate two production bases,covering a total area of 130,000 square meters.We specialize in smelting, forging, heat treatment and machining, and are a leading producer of specialty steel forgings, integrating both production and sales. Our products, including mould steel, forged round bars and open die forging parts for machinery industry ,are widely sold in China, China Taiwan, South Korea, South East Asia,Middle East, Europe, North America and South America ,with a strong reputation in global markets!

Taihe Heavy Forging

With 30 years of excellence, Taihe adheres to the principle of "Striving for Excellence, Winning through Quality." Through dedication and hard work,we have earned numerous honors, achieved ISO 9001 certification and are currently applying for LR and DNV classification certifications.

With high-precision manufacturing equipment, digital manufacturing capabilities and strong inventory advantages, Taihe Forging quickly responds to customer needs, ensuring fast order processing and efficient delivery.  

With an annual sales volume of 200,000 tons of forgings, we leverage our robust production capabilities to deliver superior, high-end quality.  

In sustainable resource recycling, we embrace a green development philosophy, carefully selecting high-quality scrap steel and maintaining a scrap steel stock of more than ten thousand tons.  

Our smelting facilities include a 35-tons electric furnace, a 35-tons refining furnace and a 35-tons vacuum degassing furnace, all with the capacity to produce steel ingots weighing up to 35 tons. Our monthly ingot production reaches 6,000 tons.  

For forging, we are equipped with a 7,000-tons hydraulic press, a 3,150-tons hydraulic press, a 1,600-tons oil press, a 2,500-tons quick-forging oil press and an 800-tons quick-forging oil press,  along with two 5-tons and two 3-tons electro-hydraulic hammers. This allows us to produce a wide range of mould steels, round bars and open die forgings weighing between 0 and 40 tons, with a monthly forging capacity approaching 20,000 tons.

Our heat treatment facilities include 18 natural gas heating furnaces, 23 natural gas heat treatment furnaces, and 35 quenching furnaces.

For precision machining, we have 60 large vertical band saws, 15 processing lathes specifically for round bars, 25 milling machines, and 10 CNC machines, enabling us to efficiently complete a variety of post-processing operations.

Additionally,we have a state-of-the-art testing laboratory,equipped with advanced instruments such as metallographic microscope,ultrasonic and magnetic particle flaw detector, computer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine,computer-controlled fully automatic impact testing machine,impact test specimen manual broaching machine,impact test specimen notch projector,gauge marking machine, impact test low-temperature bath,hardness testers, benchtop spectrometer, and handheld spectrometer.

These tools ensure precise mechanical property testing and analysis,continuously optimizing production processes and supporting new product development.

We also maintain a finished goods warehouse with 40,000 tons of P20 and 718 alloy mould steel,and 10,000 tons of forged round bars,allowing us to quickly meet diverse customer needs.

In 2024, We are increasing our investment in equipment, including a 100-tons electric furnace,  a 100-tons refining furnace, a 100-tons vacuum degassing  furnace and a 12,000-tons hydraulic press.  By the end of 2025, this project will enable us to produce products weighing up to 100 tons and achieve an annual capacity of over 300,000 tons.
